Subscription & Membership Policy

This Subscription & Membership Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms of recurring memberships and subscription services offered by Divinely Feminine. By purchasing or enrolling in a membership or subscription, you agree to the following terms:

1. Billing & Payment

• Memberships and subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan you select).

• Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each billing cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance.

• Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration.

2. Renewal Notifications

• Renewal reminder emails are sent 2 days before your renewal date to the email address provided at checkout.

• Unless canceled prior, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

• You may cancel or change your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation requests must be received prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

• You can manage your subscription directly through the link provided in your order confirmation emails.

• Once canceled, you will retain access to your membership until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of our products and membership content, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

• Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate charges, system errors, or where required by law.

5. Upgrades & Downgrades

• Membership upgrades may be made at any time. Adjusted charges may apply, and access to upgraded benefits will begin immediately.

• Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Failed Payments

• If your payment method fails, our system will retry automatically.

• If payment is not received after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment details are updated.

7. Price Changes

• We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Notice of any price changes will be provided in advance, and new rates will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

8. Access & Use

• Membership access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

• Divinely Feminine reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of misuse or violation of this Policy.
